    We invite proposals for ICIESM & CC -2020
    ICEM & CC -2020 has teamed up with the Special Journal Issue on AISP – Association of Indian Safety Professionals. A number of selected high-impact full-text papers will also be considered for the special journal issues. All submitted papers will have the opportunity to be considered for this Special Journal Issue. The paper selection will be carried out during the peer review process as well as at the conference presentation stage. Submitted papers must not be under consideration by any other journal or publication. The final decision for paper selection will be made based on peer review reports by the Guest Editors and the Editor-in-Chief jointly. Selected full-text papers will be published online free of charge.
    Conference Proceedings
    All submitted conference papers will be blind peer reviewed by three competent reviewers. The peer-reviewed conference proceedings are indexed in the Open Science Index, Google Scholar, Semantic Scholar, Zenedo, OpenAIRE, BASE, WorldCAT, Sherpa/RoMEO, and other index databases. Impact Factor Indicators.
    In addition, the conference proceedings will be published with an ISBN No.

    Guidelines for Authors
    Please ensure your submission meets the conference's strict guidelines for accepting scholarly papers.
    1. Ensure your paper is free of plagiarism.
    2. All references listed in the reference section should be cited in the body-text of the paper.
    3. Cite at least 5 to 10 recently published research works in the reference section to support your work.
    4. Any tables & figures reproduced or adapted from previously published works must be referenced.
    5. Do not phrase the title as a question. Rephrase your title to answer or at least allude to the answer.
    6. Ensure the title is long enough that it identifies the topic, argument and method of the essay.
    7. The abstract should include an introductory statement that outlines the background and significance of the study, the methodologies as well as the major findings of the study.
    8. Do not cite any references, figures, equations or tables in the abstract.
    9. At least 4 keywords or phrases should be given in alphabetical order.
    10. All figures should be captioned. Figures should use a high enough resolution to be easily readable at a glance.
