Student Rules & Regulations

  • Punctuality: Students must report on time for all academic and institutional activities.
  • Attendance: Attendance is compulsory for all classes, internal assessments, workshops, and examinations.
  • Leave Policy: Prior permission must be obtained for leave. Unauthorized absence will affect attendance and evaluation.
  • Discipline: Students must maintain discipline, professionalism, and proper conduct at all times.
  • Dress Code: Proper grooming and adherence to the prescribed dress code are mandatory.
  • Academic Responsibility: All assignments, records, and projects must be submitted within deadlines.
  • Mobile Usage: Use of mobile phones during academic hours is strictly prohibited unless permitted.
  • ID Card: Students must carry their ID cards at all times and present them when required.
  • Anti-Ragging: Ragging, bullying, harassment, or discrimination is strictly prohibited and punishable.
  • Prohibited Substances: Smoking, alcohol, and banned substances are strictly not allowed the campus.
  • College Property: Students must use facilities responsibly. Damage will lead to penalties.
  • Respect & Behaviour: Respect towards faculty, staff, and fellow students is mandatory.
  • Authority Compliance: Instructions from faculty and management must be followed without exception.
  • Misconduct: Any form of indiscipline or disruptive behaviour will result in disciplinary action.
  • Events Conduct: Students must participate, support, and maintain discipline during college events.
  • Serious Violations: Fighting, alcohol misuse, or misconduct during events will lead to strict action, including suspension.
  • Social Media: Students must use social media responsibly and protect the institution’s reputation.
  • Grievance System: Issues must be reported through Faculty, HOD, or HR Department.
  • Personal Belongings: Students are responsible for their own belongings.

Disciplinary Action: The institution reserves the right to suspend or dismiss students for rule violations.
